This is an all encompassing service for owners of CRELoaded websites who wish to have the peace of mind knowing that if any bugs, security weaknesses or issues arise with their site, then the experts at logon.info will step in to repair/upgrade or modify their site on their behalf, taking the stress away from operating your ecommerce store. This package includes all urgent repairs, patches as and when required and general site maintenance as needed by yourself. We offer a variety of services to suit each and every website, and our monthly hourly allowances accumulate if you dont use them in any given month to a maximum of 3 months worth - please see our comparison chart below for full details. The service does not include server maintenance, this is a service to maintain and modify the CRELoaded software only. Graphical modifications and site layout amendments are also not included. The service is for one installation of CRELoaded on one domain; if you are interested in a multiple domain or installation package, please contact us for a personalised quotation. | We reserve the right to refuse this service at the time of ordering for any reason. Once an order has been accepted we will give at least one months notice prior to cancellation of any agreement. There is no minimum commitment for you to make on this arrangement, simply pre-pay for as many months as you would like and complete your order through this website. On receipt of your orrder we will send a recurring payment agreement via PayPal to you, and your contract will commence once that agreement has been authorised. Recurring payments will not commence until your pre-paid period has expired. Please note this service is to reinstate service on your site as soon as possible after an error is reported, it IS NOT a 100% uptime guarantee, and issues regarding server performance are between yourself and your hosting company. We also offer a site monitoring service which automatically checks your site for resposiveness every 15 minutes or hourly and alerts both yourselves and us if any issues arise. This is operated by a third party vendor, full details of which will be sent to you after ordering.  |
