One of the most common questions we get is "how can you charge for free software?". In short, we don't!

Whilst almost all of the software packages which we offer are Open Source (i.e. freely distributable), unfortunately the time taken to setup, modify and amend these software packages is still a commercial commodity, and with our extensive knowledge and experience, we are able to offer fast, reliable and scalable solutions for websites all over the world. With any business decision, there is a balance to be made between the costs and benefits of any particular choice.

We always offer advice and wherever possible, the instructions to code changes so that you can effect the contributions yourself. However, if you have tried these and can't get the changes functioning correctly, or simply do not have the time to complete them, or the relevant experience in the field of coding, then we believe our services offer excellent value for money.

We are actively involved in the forums for all software packages we use, and contribute a massive amount of time at no cost to the communities and users through the forums. We will always continue to do this, but specific help for your own site does not benefit the community at large, and will benefit your business, and is therefore chargeable.
